I showed up without an appointment and nevertheless was treated courteously and promptly by Juan And within half an hour, I had a written estimate of the job. I was very impressed by the software package that you useto formulate the estimates. The office staff was very friendly and courteous, and Brenda even arrange the rental car for me during my repair service. The. Repair work was done on time and on budget. I was pleasantly surprised that my entire car inside and out was detailed when I picked up my car after Repair. It wasn’t just a 10 minute detailing, it was a $500 job and I really appreciated it because it made my car look like new.

Customer Service
I went in as a walk-in and Juan responded immediately and took me in for an estimate. Other shops are like take a number and wait in line, but here I felt like they really cared about me in my car. On the admin side, Brenda was very courteous and helpful, even arranging a rental car for me while my car was being repaired

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had at any vehicle repair shop in the entire United States. I came here from Ohio and on July 4th, got hit by what they call a snow bird around here I guess, and not only did this shop do everything, they made my vehicle perfect in every way, even down to handling the rental. I was still dealing with my father’s health issues, and I myself having found out my own aorta is enlarged now, this place treated me so well, and my vehicle so well, and they didn’t even know me. Thank you all so very much!

Juan was amazing. He was really helpful in explaining all of the repairs i needed. I won’t be going anywhere else for car repairs, and i plan to tell everyone i know how reliable and communicative he and Brenda were. They worked with my insurance, and even helped me extend my rental a day longer when my work conflicted with their pick up time!

I called 6 different auto body shops for estimates to replace my truck’s rear bumper. While not the cheapest estimate I received, the prompt communication, pleasant interactions, and competitive pricing led me to choose them to do the repair. They got me in the next day and finished the repair the same day. Juan Arias was very pleasant and kept me updated throughout the repair process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto body repair work!

Pricing was fair, the work was done professionally, and there were no surprises. I would definitely go back to them for future work.
